    They want to nitpick a beer that outsells what they represent or stand for in a limited window. Its a lot of long winded posts about nothing..trying to rename and dissect styles it was about 6 pages of tears.

    People complaining it is overhyped? What hype? It is a great seasonal (that happens to be my favorite beer)
    I can run out tomorrow and pick up a case for $40 bucks.

    folks get their feathers ruffled when their beer sits on the shelved because something else is outselling it. That is what I believe is happening with NN pure jealousy.

    At least my dog decided to show back up. He's turning into a big knucklehead. Thank God he's fixed... Still the highest maintenance lodger in the house ( this includes a teen-ager ).

    In Memoriam

    Hello everyone. This is Rick (KingOfHop)'s daughter. I know he would want me to make a post tonight. My dad passed away today at work from a heart attack. The last beer he drank was a Rebel IPA. He enjoyed this website and his friends so much and he would always talk to me about it. He will be missed so much. This might be a faux pas on this website, but he wanted us all to drink Miller High Life at his funeral. I know it isn't a fancy craft beer, but it was his thing. Thank you all for making him happy and giving him joy. He loved his beer!

    I'm shocked beyond words to hear the sad news of his sudden passing. You have my sincerest condolences. I will definitely toast him appropriately. Maybe we can arrange a day/time for a cyber toast in this thread? Once again, so sad to hear the news.
