Have never gotten a hold of Abrasive, so I'll reserve judgement. Different is good! Sometimes.

Probably would be there if Minnesota didn't have shitty distribution laws.

I think this is the main reason they aren't there.

I think it would be good to see a more consistent Iowa distribution, but the cat might be out of the bag with the heavy Wisco distribution.

What is so hard about the MN distribution laws? Serious question, I don't know.

TG self-distributes (they drive their product physically to the stores that sell it.

In MN they would have to use a distributor who would do that.

Self-distribution isn't forbidden in Minnesota, at least for MN breweries. Surly & Lift Bridge both did it when they were smaller operations. Is it not cool for out-of-state breweries to self-distribute?

From what I been told, self-distribute in MN is only OK for in state breweries, but not out of state breweries.

Yet another thing that they need to fix soon.

This is EXACTLY why they are in Hudson and not in the TC. They can self distribute to WI but not MN. So the Nova is their way of getting beers to the twin cities.

    $26 a 4 pack.
Out of state breweries can't self distribute. This law will never change. Too much interest with teamsters & big beer lobbying. Clark will just have to deal

I think you Minnesotians will have to deal, I think Clark will be just fine.

Contract brewing for Sue is in the works. Supposedly the cause of the most recent dust-up there. It makes sense that it would be the cans. Hopefully they can pull the recipe off at a different locale. My question is not "if" but "who" will be doing the brewing and canning.

    Kinney Creek?

In all seriousness, it being contract brewed probably means a lot more pseudoSue out there.

Kinney Creek couldn't contract brew a bottled fart, don't even joke about that!
Sue cans would be awesome, especially if they come out in time for camping season!
