    Good morning BAs! Wife and I spent yesterday in PGH shopping for lights for the sewing room addition and ended up at Church Brew Works for chow. As usual, the food was excellent and the beer suspect. Damn, I gotta quite trying their new beers and stick to the Pious Monk. Oh well, adventure awaits my taste buds and I can't say no.

    Today, however, I'm starting with this new one:

    Yep, it's a Fantome product and as I checked out their product line, it seems virtually everything they make is a saison.

    i don't see a mic either but with the pile of machinery there would have to assume there's a least a Mr. Microphone™ somewhere out of view. looks like probably at least 3 turntables, a couple of those Pioneer CD tables + maybe an Allen & Heath mixer? @djrn2

    Good Morning fellow Advocates! Saw a bunch of these dusty bottles on the shelf for $5 each so I couldn't resist. The last time I had this I remember there being a lot more bitterness. However, this one is drinking so smooth. Wish I would've grabbed more:slight_frown:

    I'm genuinely curious on which one will taste like soy sauce. I've have '13 and '11 and they have been fantastic, but my buddy that lives up in IA has had some bad batches. Let me know!
