Damn all this snow for you guys, I feel for you. I won't take any pics of outside my office

 

Looks familiar -- although with really warm weather yesterday, between snowblowing and shoveling I got my driveway and walkway clear, AND cleared off the lower part of my roof by leaning out the upstairs windows and shoveling. The driveway looked great for a few hours, then overnight we got a tiny bit of snow -- not even enough to shovel, but everything outside is now a sheet of pure ice.

 

I did - just had to take a pic and post it sometime today. Streets are dry now, not a cloud in the sky.

 

I did do some redneck shit this morning though. Since I don't have a snowblower, I fired up my backpack leaf blower and took care of the driveway and sidewalk. Neighbors were stupefied and pissed, made a helluva mess, but it sure was fun. I wasn't even drinking yet.

 

We have 7-8 inches so far today and still coming down

 

hah, I actually see people using those to clear snow fairly often here. It actually seems like a better way to do it when we only get an inch or so...

 

It absolutely is, as long as it's nice and powdery (as opposed to gross and slushy)

It worked, and it was that dry powdery snow. I was covered in snow though. Gonna have to buy a snowblower for my project so I can play with it though.
