My wife and I will be traveling across southern Michigan in a few weeks, hitting several breweries. Does anyone have recommendations for good bottled beer stores along the I-94 corridor? Ann Arbor, Marshall, Kalamazoo, etc.

I just had a friend pick me up something from Plum Market. I have never been, but the customer service on the phone was great, explained what i was looking for on the phone, they had it, and held 2 bottles for my friend to pick up the next day.

Haven't been to the kalamazoo mega-bev either, but my brother in law goes to it, says it is great. Their website and beer menu listing isn't correct though. Since it says you can by BCBS and variants...

Which breweries are you going to, have you been before? A wealth of information is to be had here if you need it.

If you're in metro Detroit, stop in to Holiday Market off of I-696 in Royal Oak. They have great prices and a really good selection.

We're going to Arbor Brewing and Jolly Pumpkin in Ann Arbor, both of which we've been to before. Then Dark Horse in Marshall, Bell's in Kalamazoo, and Greenbush in Sawyer.

Make sure to hit up jolly pumpkins brewery about 10 minutes from their aa location. Search for null taphouse. Theyll have a bunch more beers then jp downtown has.

If your going to Bells, Tiffanys wine and spirit shoppe is just a few minutes west on main street, and well worth the stop.
Also while in Kalamazoo, Gonzos Biggdogg Brewing might be of interest to you.

Yeah, I would skip the AA location and just go to Null. AA never has anything interesting on, which is unfortunate since I live just a few blocks away.

I suggest Wolverine State Brewing in Ann Arbor, they are on the west side, have great food and beer.
