I'm so ready for some ToS! I'm loving the fact that so many good beers are coming out of the south now.

Really enjoy having this right now. Great dankness from the hops and very smooth and bitter finish. The cans I had were 8 days old. Hope to have many more this summer. Now, if only there were 16oz..........

I'm actually getting more calls about Trans Souls than I did for Hopslam. That's just unheard of for any beer.

Drank a ToS yesterday. Very excited that GA brewery is putting out such a quality product.

I'd rather drink TMoS than Hopslam, especially at the price point..

Yup, $10.99 for a sixer is hard to beat for a DIPA.

Will be in Atlanta later this month.. will this be fairly easy to find or is it running out of stock at places?

Does anyone else find it too sweet. It taste like fruit candy. A little harsh with the alcohol coming through? Or is that just me :astonished:

Of the three cans I've had so far, the first two were light and dank with hops. The third seemed thicker/resinous, with a definite alcohol bite.

I'll work through a six pack this weekend, for science, and report back my findings...

It seemed darker in color than I remember. Taste like it had more crystal malts in it.

You're not alone. I've had at least a 12 pk of the stuff and have been noticing a sharp contrast between cans. Mostly awesome beer, but definitively a variance.

I have some with two different canning dates. I should try one from a different sixer and see.

I sold five cases in just over an 11 hour day, pretty damn impressive. I'd still be selling it if I wasn't out.

I wouldn't describe ToS as resinous or dank. Strong, yet clean citrus notes. (Mine was canned 2/25, for whatever that's worth.) Extremely quaffable, and the alcohol arrives 15-30 minutes later. Great beer as far as this stout drinker is concerned.
