Think I'm going to swing by the AM session on my way down tomorrow and see if they'll let me pick up then. Worst case scenario, they'll just tell me "no" and I'll have to come back later.

If you are receiving this email then we have confirmed your order for Veritas 015 and have charged your credit card. (if you’re still unsure of how many bottles you bought or didn’t receive an email confirmation, please visit shop.lostabbey.com and you can check your order history).

By purchasing Veritas 015 from The Lost Abbey, you are agreeing to pick up your purchased bottles during the session that you chose during checkout. If you fail to pick-up your bottles during your chosen session, they will be surrendered back to The Lost Abbey. We are not allowing proxies of any kind for the pickup (We apologize for the inconvenience, but this policy hasn't changed and was implemented to prevent individual consumers from ending up with more than 4 bottles). The “No Proxy” rule has been stated from the initial announcement of Veritas 015, any attempt to have a proxy pick up bottles will result in the bottles being surrendered back to The Lost Abbey (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Process to Pick-up bottles of Veritas 015:
-We’ve changed the Check In Area slightly…Proceed to the “Check In” booth near the packaging warehouse (just east of the main Tasting Room entrance where the pickup station is) – We’ll have signs posted and brewery representatives to help guide you.
-Present your ID to receive a “Pickup Confirmation Form”
-Once you have your “pickup confirmation form”, you have until the end of your designated session to pick up your allotment of Veritas 015
-To pick up your allotment of Veritas, head to the Lost Abbey tent near the east end of the parking lot with your pickup invoice. (Just to the right of the check-in)
Depending on the time you choose to attend during your designated session, there may be a line for the Check in and/or distribution of the Veritas bottles.
Please have all of your required materials out and ready to present to minimize the obstacles to getting the beer in to your hands as quickly as possible - Plenty of people will be ready and prepared, please don’t be one of those people who isn’t

    The Lost Abbey Tasting Room:
The Lost Abbey Tasting room will be open during all designated sessions, but not a minute earlier. In addition to the classics, like Red Barn and Mongo, we’ll have some barrel-aged goodies on-tap (while supplies last). There will also be a food truck on site for both of the sessions.

    Parking:
Parking will be available in The Lost Abbey parking lot as well as across the street in our auxiliary parking lot (we’ll have signs and parking attendants to guide you). There are designated handicapped spots available, if there are any additional issues with accessibility, please inform a Lost Abbey representative and we can help satisfy the situation.

    Session Attendance:
We are anticipating over 200 consumers will be onsite for each individual session. Obviously we will work as expediently as possible to get everyone his or her beer.

If there are further issues regarding The Veritas 015 release, please email [email protected] (Please Note: At this time we are unable to change the session you’ve previously chosen)

Hmmm...so Track#10 at 8am in the morning....sounds like it will be a good day.

If only Spontaneous Cheer fell under the barrel-aged goodie.

I'm assuming 4pm pickup pretty much equals nothing being left :slight_frown:

Well I mean technically yes, but when people typically say BA, sours and wild ales aren't usually included. Or maybe it is just me, BA to me usually means something along the lines of a barrel-aged stout, etc...

Hitting the road around 9am, shooting to get there at 10. Anyone who makes it super early please post the taplist. Hoping for a better spread than V014 day.

**Also do we need a print out of our order or is a phone + ID good enough?

It's always good to print out the confirmation just in case.

I don't have a printer at home so they'll figure out how to look at my phone.

Yeah I am dumb and failed to print at work yesterday and was hoping to avoid a detour but a few mins out of the way is worth it for peace of mind I suppose. See you folk down there, cheers

They looked at my phone without any problems. No line to get bottles or taster. In and out in 5 mins.

Nothing extra special on tap except brandy Angels share

Any opinions on the Veritas taster? I thought it tasted great but under carbed on draft. Bottles hopefully are better carbed but I'm happy with the taste of it.
