I'm not sure how far it is from you, but last year I stumbled upon a bottle of Sucaba at Ramsey Liquors just off Route 17, and I think that was in May or June. Other than that I have the same issue as you -- it sells out almost immediately around here, and most places have a one bottle limit.

Haha -- not a problem -- I was just pointing out that the bonus boxes flying around tend to complicate things. I've sort of decided that once I know where my box is coming from I shouldn't worry about figuring out all the others (I still try, but with a little less focus).

Just finished packing my Anti Circle Jerk box. I sure hope my target likes it - although it is a possibility that he has drank beer that I have sent in the past - just not sent to him.

May or June last year is probably when it finally showed up in NJ. The boxed stuff normally takes forever to get here. Ramsey is about 40 minutes from me.

Oh OK -- yeah, they have a fairly small beer section, but with some interesting stuff. I think I've been there 2 or 3 times in total. And they are very fairly priced for the FW stuff -- or at least they used to be. Good luck!

You guys should have let me know about Sucaba... I could have purchased cases of it. Now it's out

Damn, when will Parabola hit then? The release here is 3/21

I could probably still round up a fair amount of Sucaba

I can drive down to Firestone and buy as much as I need
Or just wipe out my stores allotment

Man, I take a couple of days off and have like 15 pages to read. We're doing like 1000 posts a week in this thread now. Wild.

I bought it in February last year... Already got my 1 bottle of 15.

I'd love more, but it'd be a miracle.

So I'm on jury duty right now and we're on lunch break. I go to a local bar and they have... Peche n Brett bottles...

I had to really convince myself that 750ml of one of my favorite beers (7+% abv) just before potentially getting interviewed before a judge and a bunch of laywers was not a good idea :/

We should probably chat and work something out. Can always use more than the 1 bottle I'll probably get this year.

Or the perfect excuse of getting out of having to serve. Being called for Jury Duty blows. Fortunately my brother is a cop, gets me out of actually having to serve on a jury every time.

If we ever do the trade for Transmitter stuff, I don't think you'll have any problem finding stuff to send me. If it comes in a box, it rocks.

I remember when I did the coast drive on Highway 1 last summer... and how I stopped at numerous bottle shops along the way and Sucaba, Parabola, Stickee, XVII were just stitting on shelves, sometimes by the case....

I just wondered to myself, why the hell don't they ship more of this to the rest of the country... these bottles would sell out in minutes in Denver... and they were turding it up in some random liquor stores in Cali :slight_frown:

They end up at some if the Central California Costcos also, which is kinda crazy. Especially when its like $11-12 a bottle. Would probably buy a couple cases at that price lol

The challenge said that video was preferred but not required. So, I took the photograph route. You guys don't want to see my ugly mug chewing on food and then stuttering and stammering trying to describe how it pairs with the beer. That would not be a pretty thing to watch.

That's it. As long as there's some visual proof  I'm really looking forward to this.

By the way, not that it's terribly important, but an unwritten rule of challenge bottles is that the challenge itself stays between the challenger and challengee until the proof of completion is posted.

So if I were sending a small box to this dude with a bull dog as his avatar I wonder if he would want a 13' or 14' MZ??
