Twin Cities Bottle Hunt

Has anyone heard about any Blakkr being released soon? I know it was supposed to be one time only, but on Surly's website it is listed as a march seasonal.

 

I saw it in lacrosse yesterday but I think it was last years

 

I believe Blakkr is going to be a summer seasonal.

 

I have a few bottles remaining of the 2014 Pentagram at G-Will Brooklyn Park. Unfortunately, I just sold the last bottle of 2013 I had over the weekend.

 

2/6/15 Abrasive sightings in the last few days?

 

Big top Eagan had a few on Saturday.

 

I was at Zipps last night and they had two tables with some great harder to find stuff and many older vintages of great stouts, barleywines, etc. Too many to list here, but worth checking out.

 

I'll be in the Columbus/Forest Lake area next weekend, with a couple hours to kill, and I'm trying to track down a few bottles of Dawn of the Aurora. Anybody have any leads or store recommendations within a short drive?

 

I'm not familiar with any stores in that specific area, but I've been seeing Dawn of Aurora pretty much everywhere I go.

Yes I believe it was 4 Firkins that told me last week they had received their last shipment of Abrasive and Blakkr was next.

 

Southdale (edina) liqours by cub had a ton very recently cases on the floor, and some in the cooler. I'd go for the cooler if I was you, oh and call first since this was late last week when I saw it.

 

This probably more for the "On Tap" thread, but I was touring the brewery last Friday and noticed a Blakkr sign for their "on tap" board, looks like it will be coming soon. Also, since we're on the Surly topic they will be have Molé Smoke on tap at the brewery in the next week or so.

 

After a little chat with the manager at Byerly's in Burnsville, he made some Hopslam appear from the back for me. They also have a few BA Bigfoots left.

 

@Alagir--I bought a single at Zipps on Monday. Didn't look to see if they had 6 packs. I think they also had some older vintages of Bigfoot.

 

Bummer, called and they sold out of it. Thanks for the tip though.
