The closest I can think of meeting the OP's criteria that I've had in recent memory was a bottle of Central Waters Sixteen in December. Outstanding chocolate flavor, outstanding beer. Chocolate did not come across sweet at all.

Yards Chocolate Love Stout is all chocolate, no coffee. But it's a pretty sweet chocolate flavor, so if you like darker chocolate it might not be for you.

Another vote for Sam Smith Organic Chocolate. It smells like a chocolate factory (if you've ever been to one) and taste is of fresh dark chocolate, no coffee and no hop bite.

I would have to go ahead and recommend TERRAPIN'S MOO HOO CHOCOLATE MILK STOUT.

Best milk stout I have ever had in my life . Stouts really aren't my top choice but this one was so damn tasty.

6.5% ABV and not so sweet as to keep you from having another.

    Cheers

Flying monkeys chocolate manifesto is by far the most chocolate you'll ever get in a beer /end thread

Overall Rogue does kind of produce mediocre beer but their Chocolate Stout is the best I have had and I've tried many that have been mentioned in this thread
