Just received a bottle in a trade and was hoping to hear from people that have had it on whether they think this one will get better with some age?

I would also be interested in the response here. I have this and my Abricot and have just not gotten around to them yet.

I honestly couldn't picture cellaring any Side Project unless I had a bunch of bottles. Their stuff is so good fresh. I say drink it.

The fruit will likely fade with time, so drink your Peche fresh and trade for a Saison du Fermier to age.

Fruit will fade and the beer will get more sour over time. Don't age it.

Just as Pmoney and Stevedore said; drink fresh, fruit will fade, DO NOT AGE!
