Question as I happen to have a Masterpiece. Would you drink it or I've been tossing around the idea of trying to trade it to land a DB Huna (assuming the release it again this year)?

I've seen a bunch of the variants at a bottle shop near me, I think they are charging $30 and have been sitting there for a while. They tend to price high (ie, Uncle Jacob's for $19-$20), so I've been passing. It's not as much "budget" but the fact that I can get so many other good things so much cheaper that I can't imagine Eclipse being worth the incremental cost.

That was exactly my thought, especially since I pictured the avatar spewing out that legalese...

As a Pats fan as well, if you ever decide not to go to a game and I had plenty of notice I might be interested in buying the tickets. Still have yet to be able to make it to a game but one of these days I will. Well not a Pats home game, I went to Pats vs GB up in GB.

Hope this is me and yes I really have no idea who my shipper could be. Also I will be getting my box ready over the weekend to send out Monday. If my target is not going to be home next week they should like this post and I will hold of until the following Monday.

Thinking this may be me as well...between me, @Poorpatz and @xICooRsYIx we have lots of Trillium floating around.

FedEx says my box is going to be delivered today, but also that it's still in Pennsylvania...so we'll see.

My target will have to wait a little longer it seems. FedEx pushed his delivery back from Friday to Saturday...

Box is currently in TN and headed southwest.

Hoping my boot comes off tomorrow, so that means I will ship early next week. New hint:

Your state and my state share two letters.

As in the two vowels? Yes, Y is a vowel as far as I am concerned.

    YUP!!
Headed out for class this morning and almost tripped on this beast. I was about to open it then and their but i resisted the urge to be late for class.

Start off with the little guys. (clearly im just talking about size)

Then as i dug deeper, the beers got bigger!

Only beer ive had from this bunch is Nugget Nectar. And the only other beer i have on hand is KBS. But now that i have another i can drink one now instead of saving it for a vert!

Cannot wait to dive into these things mouth first within the upcoming weeks. That head hunter i doubt will make it through the night.

Thanks Eddy! Its like an premature box of gold for St Patricks Day!

I am the latest proud recipient of the Sixterhood box, thanks @valrxman for this box of CCB goodies:

I was hoping that was the brewery you were sending, I've had a few of their canned things that have made their way to PA but have been wanting to get a hold of their bottled stuff for a while.

Let me pick up the pieces and I'll post for the next sixterhood round. I have a brewery in mind I want to send but I need to do some digging, bottles are scarce right now and I'll have to see if I can make it happen.

    Thanks again Steve!

I wouldn't pay 30 for them, again, 23-25 is right on the bubble, as far as what I pay for others in the same area of stout, like Black Ops which also sells for 22-25 in the area, but I buy 2 of those a year, 1 to cellar and 1 drink. Which is what I would do with Eclipse, but I can never find enough to buy, Im lucky if I can buy 1-2 bottles a year.

It is sign-up time. Who wants a box of goodies?

    NBO - SixterCAN trip #2

If you would like to be in consideration to be the recipient of a box filled with 6 cans (and then some), please BM me your shipping address. If you would prefer to skip this trip and sign up for a future trip, don't send me your address and wait for the next person to post their NBO to sign up.

Signup period ends at 8pm on Sunday, March 15th. At that time I will randomly select the recipient and start posting hints as to who it is. Box will be shipped as soon as I get it ready!

    Trip #1 - Pennsylvania (LehighAce06) --> Texas (rspauldi)
    Trip #2 - Texas --> ???

    See official rules below....

    ----------------------------------------------
    How SixterCAN works:

    1) The current holder of the SixterCAN box will make a post in the Locals BIF thread saying that the signup period for the next Trip is open and will be open for 2 or 3 days. Anyone that would like to be a potential target for the box would send their address information in a BM to the current holder of the box. To be eligible the person must have:
    a) participated in a previous or current Locals BIF round.
    b) have not already received the SixterCAN box.

    2) After the signup period is over, the current holder will randomly (or using any criteria of their choosing) pick the next lucky recipient of the SixterCAN box. They will not announce this person nor the number of people that signed up, but instead will start posting hints as to where the box is going (BIF style hints). If no one signs up to be the next recipient then, as the original founder, @LehighAce06 will be the final recipient (hopefully without him knowing that it is coming to him).

    3) The holder of the SixterCAN box will fill the interior box with high quality (preferably local) cans, and ship it to the target. Make it a kickass box, but with this group of people I know we won't have to worry about that. Also, add the targets name to the tracking board in the box and add any 'decorations' that you wish to help commemorate the box's visit to your state.

    4) The outer boxes will also be filled with 'extras' or swag, please make sure to replace whatever you take; not necessarily exact, 'IPA for an IPA' or 'hat for a hat', but please keep in mind the quality of what was removed, as well as your target's distro.

    5) The box may also include a "challenge" beer. An envelope will be attached to the Challenge beer. Inside the envelope will be instructions on what activity needs to be completed BEFORE the recipient is allowed to unwrap/open the Challenge beer. The point is for it to be fun, for the group if not for the challengee, and for the bottle to be something extra nice that is earned as a reward for playing along for the Locals entertainment. Most importantly, the challenge is not mandatory, however the bottle cannot be opened until completion of the challenge, and not at all if the recipient passes on doing the challenge.

    6) Once the box is received by the target, they will post the pr0n for all to enjoy.

    7) Start over at #1

You do not have to enter every signup period. You can pick and choose when you want to be in consideration to be the next recipient. This would be nice if the current holder of the box is from your own state or an adjoining state or if you are going to be out of town for a while or whatever. Jump in and out as you please.
