before I commence,I shoudl state that I don't work for either of these companies- just noticed it on an email i got today.

not sure if anyone's used these guys before, but there's a money-off thing for Slurp.co.uk at living social deals. Act fast if you want it...

£40 of beer for £20 or £85 of beer for £40. P&P is charged extra at £5.95. My experience of them is mixed- my first order with them was a couple of years ago at about the same time that we had a lot of snow, and it took weeks for my order to arrive. My second order was a couple of months ago and arrive within two days- very well packaged. Their selection is pretty good and though their prices aren't the best, the deal kind of leaves this moot. To put it in to context, you could get a case of Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout for a total output of £45.95 or £1.92 a bottle.

Pretty cool deal. I've used Slurp before and they were OK, no problems with the delivery. Their beer selection is decent as well, a interesting range of UK stuff that you might not see elsewhere.
Prob won't be doing this myself, as I've already got too much beer (but it's tempting)....

Hmm, on the fence. Their German selection is poor, and prices (even with voucher!) are average.
Still, if anyone can recommend anything OUTSTANDING, please do tell!

You can't get a case of Brooklyn Chocolate Stout through the deal, the products are limited, you have to search out the link, once you see the products and the prices it's not such a good offer, even if your tastes extend to wine and spirits it's still poor, £3 for out od date Maisels Weisse!
I already bought the deal before I worked it out but I have now cancelled it.

It was very misleading though, I initially thought the same as yourself, so it seems did a few people posting on their FB page!

    Thanks for the post paxton1978.

And thanks for the update Robert_N, thought the whole thing sounded too good to be true. Still ,there's a few interesting beers in the link you posted so may still have a go - have to weigh up if it's worth it r not.

    Thanks all.

I have nearly bought stuff from them before but never went through with it, they have Dog Fish Head Red and White and a few wines I wanted but I don't think I will at all now.
