    Don't take this the wrong way, because I say it out of love, but if you want to be there for your kids, go to the fucking doctor.

    Ask them for a sedative before they stick you with something if you have to, but get a physical and get shit like your cholesterol and blood pressure and blood glucose checked out. As you all have had burned into your retinas, I'm no marathon runner, but I'm at least on top of the shit that isn't directly related to my weight.

    I work for a wellness and healthcare advocacy company, so I see every day how people that on the surface can seem completely healthy can find out they have blood pressure through the roof and could have had a heart attack any day because they weren't monitoring it.

    Had a great night last night drinking beers with @end_27, @TastyDelicousness, @saemick, and @MSEGUIN, along with a ton of other great BA's. Was a great time and I have been feeling that great time all damn day. Totally worth it though. Can't wait to do it all again sometime. Brought home some beer too- so I thought I'd show you guys:

    Went to 18th Street Brewery for lunch and they just happened to release some bottles yesterday, so I got some Cherry Hunter and Imperial Blud. The bounty of KBS is the allotment and the most KBS I've ever had at one time. I wanted to trade for some BBPt5 at the share, but that jerk @MSEGUIN decided to just give me some, along with a BA Tres. Thanks Matt- you're awesome. And the Mocha Wednesday and Event Horizon were from an IP trade. Now if only I could drink some of it......Oh well- I'll start in on it all tomorrow!

    I don't know if this is new or just something I never noticed, but on the BIF Forum page, if you hover your mouse over the OP's avatar, it'll tell you how many posts you have in the thread. Thought this would be pretty cool for the OGs and the more talkative among us. I'm at nearly 3000 in this thread alone (and another 2000 in The Locals)
