I had a poor experience with their mail order service. My wife ordered based on the fact that the website said that they "can ship to virtually any address in the world." It took several unanswered emails, a phone message and 3 full weeks to find out that they can't ship beer to Massachusetts. Not really a surprise to me, but my wife didn't know. They finally responded last week but have yet to ship the order to the alternative CT address we provided.

That really sucks that they take orders only to cancel them later because they can't ship to certain states. they need to get their stuff together.

To be clear, they didn't cancel the order (although they offered to do so). My main beef is that they didn't respond to numerous inquiries in a timely manner and that the website wasn't clear about their shipping rules.

I just bought both sets of Old Crusty verticals and they got to me in less than a week, also the order was kinda messed up (I got more of some vintages and none of others) so i called and they said they would send everything I was short and could keep the rest!! Done a couple orders in the past and all was good. Both Verticals ran me $250 but I talked to the Rogue rep and he said he just tried a 1998 and it was amazing and could be laid down another 10-15 years!! Pumped to try them. Oh ya, ISO: any vintage not listed on their website!!!! I want the whole 15 year vert!

I bought some Voodoo Doughnut off their website when it first came out. No complaints here, and they shipped to PA!
