Best Beer Bar In Albany

It's not downtown but Beer Belly in Albany has the best draft list in the area.

 

Downtown - I would suggest City Beer Hall, Merry Monk, or the Olde English Pub if you want that vibe.

 

Don't forget Madison Pour House. Love both the Pour House and Beer Belly.

Merry Monk is right around the corner from the Hampton Inn. In the Hampton Inn is DP's which has some really good food and a decent beer list.

 

Definitely hit up Beer Belly, if you’re in or around Albany. Draft list is never a disappointment (e.g. OEC, Other Half, Peekskill, HF…), and a great selection of bottles.

And say hello to Joe and Mia for me...

 

Another vote for the Belly. Shit, they even had Blue/Black last night.

I only use them because the sarcasm tag doesn't exist here yet for those who are slower on the uptake. ...yet.

 

The Beer Belly is hands down the best beer bar in town. Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next to Albany Medical Center. It's about a 1/2 mile walk to The Beer Belly.
