Lagunitas High Westified Coffee Stout

Picked up a few bottles at MegaBev in Battle Creek last night. $8.99.

 

Beer Temple has it, now.

 

Just drank a bottle tht I bought in dearborn mi. All I can say is that
This is an incredible ba bomber for $8.99. Way to go lagunitas.

 

Should be in Madison next week. Keep a lookout.

 

Barrel of it going on tap at Champps in Brookfield next weekend for March Maddness

 

This stuff hit the MKE market today. Can't wait to try a bottle.

 

Also arrived in Madison today. Glad I have a 4 day weekend at the end of this week.

 

This is good. Not super boozy like Founders BBA stuff, not super coffee like BCBS Coffee edition. Right in the middle. And priced right.

They priced it like the normal coffee stout? I'd buy at least 4 bottles as well.

 

Went back today and the price had been corrected to $8.99. Shoulda bought more.

Didn't expect this beer to be so damn good. Have already drank 2 bottles and if I see it at any other liquor store I will definitely purchase again. Such a great steal at $8.99

 

I'm going to try one in about an hour. :-) Got one bottle left, too, just in case.

 

This is available at Metcalf's in Wauwatosa for $8.99 I believe.

 

Wow. I'm having one now for the first time and I can simply say it is an extremely impressive beer especially at the price point. I can distinctly taste the coffee and bourbon, it all comes together very well. I thought I might try to trade my other bottle but now might hang on to it! It's good.
