DLD Newb question:

So how much tailgating goes on? Is it like an NFL game where everyone has a BBQ going? Also, more importantly, where does this tailgating happen? I've been to Three Floyds before and there won't be much room I'd imagine with everyone crammed in, plus food tents, stages, etc.

Also, would bringing a folding camping chair be a good idea?

Tailgating happens outside the grounds in local business parking lots and whatnot. It is prevalent, but not pervasive. Not EVERYONE does it, most do not. Folding chair is a bad idea as they will not let you into the grounds with it. If you plan to stay outside the grounds most of the time, it's likely not a problem. If you plan to park your car near the line, you could use it in the morning, take it back to your car before going in, etc.

Yep! There are 2 entrances, north and south side. We'll be set up on the side that's basically a super long road with a curb and grassfronts of businesses. I am not sure whether it is north or south. Hopefully someone here can help me out with that. I'll post more info after I get together with my buddies and we finalize everything. Definitely look forward to meeting ya!

The older the better. I brought a bottle from early 2012 with me last year and it was fucking perfect. Bring some local stuff, too, people love that shit.
