Can't wait for it to hit WA. Last year it hit mid April if I remember correctly and flew off the shelves.

I wish it has a thicker body than last year's. But hey - beggars can't be choosers.

Wow, just saw my local store on Long Island received a total of THREE bottles! Wow.... Store owner posted he will just randomly put them on the shelf here and there for someone lucky to find. No other fair way to sell them really. I think he would rather get none then just three.

Don't they come in cases of 6? It sounds like he is only selling 3.

Have you seen this a lot? Binnys and the other places near me said that they have not seen this, as I asked if it was possible since some stores miss out on getting releases.

It happens. Also the store could be keeping three as well, but thats a whole other issue that does not need to be rehashed.

    Agreed and not surprising.

I have seen it personally when I worked in the industry. Binnys is a poor example because of how large they are. Most stores will get 2 cases + in my experience. My local store got 2.

Each year, people talk about how long Parabola sits on the shelves in California. In a non-exaggerating way, what's your best guess at ava
I think you've had some good luck with your liquor establishments, because the few I go to, all said they received only one case each. The two Binnys in my area got two (unless they were lying, which is certainly possible).

I got one bottle, so I guess I got lucky by today's standards. Three years ago I got six bombers, to which I brought a few to a bottleshare, which now seems wildly frivolous. I had no idea how good I had it back then.

I think I'm going to just organize a trip to Cali next year to stock up.

I ment I think most binnys will get 2 which seems to be what you saw as well.

Ahh, gotcha. Some of the smaller Mom and Pops have referred to a smaller second wave coming out, but I guess I'm not holding out much hope.

Edit - I have no idea why my previous post has an extra piece of text at the top, but I cannot edit it out. Please ignore.

My Bruery trustee lives in Huntington Beach so I've been checking the BevMo on Huntington Beach Blvd and they don't have it yet. I have an email alert set up so I'll get an email when they do.

Just beware the new arrivals may never make into their sku - or by the time it does, it will already be sold. You may get lucky and get an email notice in time (i have several of those set-up for seasonal beers), but if there's a mad rush for that delivery, it may be gone. Did you call and ask if they would hold one for you? I have found some BevMos will do that.

I'm going to start checking my Costco today. They had Sucaba for 11.99 when it came out.

Well it isn't released till the 21st surprised stores on the east coast have it. Not even Bay Area stores have it yet. I would expect at least a week delay from when the brewery releases.
