Founders day Trappeze Pub 4/4/15

    Was wondering if anyone heard about this or is going? The event is at Trappeze pub in athens,ga.

    Saturday 4/4:
    Founders' Day

    tapping very special kegs including:
    *CBS
    *KBS
    *Blushing Monk
    & more

    Got their newsletter in my email, figured I would share it.
    Will have CBS, and KBS on tap all day long, and kicks off athens week long beer fest. Ending with a festival that includes over 350 different beers, plus cask tastings.

    Awesome. All day long on the CBS and KBS would be very cool. May not last "all day", but that's very cool.

    Yeah, they say all day long for all the founders stuff. Maybe blushing monk, or their other stuff. Maybe even kbs, but I highly doubt cbs will be around for more then 2 or 3 hours after they tap it.

    First I've heard about this, might be time for another Athens trip... although I'd also like to head over the next weekend for the Classic City Brewfest.

    I've had amazing luck on recent vacations - went to Asheville, just happened to be Belgian sour week at the Thirsty Monk w/Fou Foune on draft. Head back to Asheville, with @JdoubleA & Green Man is releasing Bootsy. Now we're headed to Athens to see Run the Jewels on the same night as this Founders event. You know - maybe there's just so much beer now that you can't help but get lucky, provided you hit good cities.

    Dang, I wish this was the weekend of the 11th. I cant justify two six hour round trips

    I live like 3 miles away from trap, walking there. Then stumbling back somehow.
