Yeah that'd be nice. Generally tough to barrel a porter, but at 8.5% this would stand up to a few months' worth. This is like Mexican Cake Light.

How about some Saturday afternoon pRon courtesy of @Syracuse12 ?? This was an awesome CJ box that he sent. A nice mix of wants, locals, and very nice beers. Lots of new beers for me to tick! I had to look at lot of these beers up to see what they were. That is what I love about the locals, getting to try beers I probably would never have ever even known about.



Lost Abbey - Agave Maria and Judgment Day. Love Lost Abbey beers and these are both new to me.
Flying Fish - Exit 3 Blueberry Braggot. New brewery for me and I also have never tried braggots. Looking forward to it.
Transmitter - S8 Rice Saison. New brewery and also never had a rice saison. Should be interesting. (only 2 ratings)
Other Half - Falsa Noctis. Yet another new brewery. Sounds great. (only 26 ratings on BA)
Captain Lawrence - Golden Delicious. Love apple brandy barrel aged beers.



Clown Shoes - Garden State Rhapsody. New Jersey exclusive so new tick for me!
Long Trail - Imperial Stout. Yet another new brewery for me and I love stouts.
Plan Bee - Flower City. Yes! Seen a lot of Plan Bee beers on the Locals and now I get to try one.
Alesmith - Horny Devil. Wait, what? They named a beer after me? Want!
Evil Twin - Even More Jesus. I really like Evil Twin stouts. Want!
Du Claw - Hell on Wood. Love BBA Barleywines. Want!

With the caveat that my wife's delivery obviously takes precedence, maybe an evening of next weekend? As long as we get a late-ish start (8:30 would be ideal) I'm pretty open to host.

As many ounces as I'll be opening of just gose (and presumably a combo breaker or two on top) we'll need more than just the 3 of us though. I'm hoping some of the non-Locals that I tagged can make it, and perhaps your wife, @devilfluff?

 

I should have mentioned I'm booked the next 2 weekends for my friends bachelor party and wedding, heh, no worries though

 

I'm not in any particular hurry, the way it shakes out is that I'm free just about any Friday or Saturday starting at 8:30... until the baby comes. Once the baby is here all bets are off and I'm reserving any plans until I know more about what's going on with that.

Probably the last Abrasive I'll buy this year. The canning run was short and sweet - was delayed with the new brewery and they only canned it for a month. It's already going dry at a lot of places.
