there isn't a beer bottle that comes close to this for my palate. this is a personal favorite. i am already begging my sales lady and other people higher up for a 1/2 barrel lol. we tapped it the first day of the ncaa last year and it was gone in 5 hours, (1/6) which is amazing for us. i'm not gonna lie, i dented that thing big time.

Just left Bellaire. Picked up 2 6ers and a few bottles of the 750 ml. To anyone venturing up soon- try the Calypso IPA. Great brew.

Had that last night. It was awesome. Also grabbed some 750's and 6'ers of the fluid. Great times

Anyone else wish Short's would start canning in 16 oz. cans? Another great DIPA from them.

I asked my local (South Lyon/Brighton area) beer guy when he'd be expecting this, and he told me - moments ago - that it was keg-only. I know, this is a ridiculous statement, but he's normally not one to be full of shit, so I had to post about it. Is there any way a local distributor would be saying this, unless it was highly limited and already allocated out? After only getting a six last year, i need to start planning on how to get as much of this as i can into my life, as soon as possible.

I'm tired of all those juicy IPA cans coming out of the NE.

Yes but touchy subject last time I brought it up. Something like they don't know about aluminum touching their beer. Very ipa I have had in a can has been great (grapefruit jungle, two hearted, all day, etc) Plus I believe shorts may have invested in a new bottling line a few years back. @HopHeadHerman Am I remembering this correctly from the last time I brought it up? Bottles can go almost anywhere cans do (except for the beach)
