DC Brau On the Wings of Armageddon - So I used to live in DC and moved right before DC Brau got up and running. I've been wanting to try this for a while and haven't (hadn't) yet.
Troegs BA Flying Mouflan - Can't wait to try this one. Saw this one flying around a couple weeks ago and didn't get in on it.
Alpine Pure Hoppiness - Had my first Alpine recently, so glad to have another one!

A ton of Odd Side brews that I've never tried (Morningwood Stout, Citra Pale Ale, Jesse's Party IPA, Simcoe Sensation, and BA Imperial Mayan Mocha). These also sound so interesting! Can't wait to try them!

So much new beer between these boxes! Lots of hops, so I tossed a number in the fridge and started working through them. Fat Head's Hop Juju, Sly Fox Phoenix, Alpine Pure Hoppiness, and DC Brau OTWOA all fell today! So much hoppy goodness in these boxes!

 

Just came out a couple weeks ago. I tossed out a message to ask who wanted some... I haven't tried it myself yet since I wasn't here for the release, but people seemed to really like it. Unfortunately I don't really have any extras

#VBS. A friend of mine who doesn't drink much anymore is over, and I offered him to split a beer with me. I gave him a choice between two of the bourbon barrel aged beers I still have left from the first locals round I entered (barrel aged shipwreck porter and massacre), and three RR sours I received in a care package from @jdhowe , and he picked this one. I gave him a ~4oz pour, and am having the rest for myself... god DAMN is this good. This also makes for 2 of the 4 RR sours Josh sent me down.... when will the other two be consumed? Time will tell........

 

If you mean the Detroit Diesel box thats from me. That was from a fuel pump for a generator actually.

Nope, I don't. You missed the important part of my answer, it was an engine part from generator. I sell generators (industrial power back-up for hospitals, schools, etc...) for a living.

 

This WVU team is such garbage, they just beat on you play after play and eventually the refs just get tired of calling fouls and let it go. That's it, that's my only post about this bull shit, I promise.

 

I post this not for sorrow or for sympathy but to recognize the life of Donald Danner. He was a good man that worked for me and his employment was recently terminated. He chose to end his own life and it has since sent shockwaves through my world. The thought of my actions bringing another's life to an end is something I may never get over.



Cheers to you Donald my favorite beer is being hoisted in your memory.

 

That is horrible thing to happen, it is not your fault Nick as you do not know completely what was happening in his head. I hope you do not feel culpable in his death. I also hope he finds peace in death that he did not find in his life, bless his soul. Cheers!
