^^Same. I've only had their milk stout on nitro, which is great, but nothing else

I'm excited for Milk Stout on Nitro. While there are now some milk stouts around San Diego, none are as good as Left Hand's (from what I've tried).

I had a sixer of MS on Nitro while in Tucson last month and it was really smooth and delicious. Not a fan of Nitro, I can say this one was fantastic.

Milk Stout is great on and off nitro, I prefer on.

Sawtooth is a very average beer. For an ESB it was very grainy in texture and taste and didn't really fit what I was expecting of it.

Black Jack Porter was very good, not great. Many porters are worse.

I have had a few of their other beers in the past, but don't really remember what they were. It was a while ago before I tried to find a way to keep track of what I had. When I visit my parents in Illinois it is one of the breweries I do look for to see what it available near their place, and I have a friend that lives near the brewery that swears by them.

I used to live in their distribution area and have to admit there are probably 30 breweries I used to get that I would take over them, but they have a few good beers. I do like the milk stout, but have tried a handful of their beers and can't say was impressed with the hoppy ones. I recall thinking Polestar Pils was solid.

I'll definitely buy Nitro Milk Stout and a couple bottles of Smoke Jumper when it's released, but most of their portfolio is solid but unremarkable. I love visiting when I go to Colorado, it's a very laid back tap room and none of the beers are bad, but most of their products have a locally produced counterpart that I would much rather drink.

Ugh, Left Hand beers will only be available in Southern California. I've been jonesin' for a milk stout recently and was surprised to learn that Left Hand doesn't (yet) distribute to California. I became all happy when I saw this thread before I read the press release and saw their beers won't be available in the Bay Area.

They are your friend. Anything with SoCal distro only you can have shipped to the SF location, and then pick it up in a few days. Reverse for us in LA.

Left Hand Milk Stout on nitro enters the LA area? On tap at Phantom Carriage? Really!
It was announced earlier this year that Left Hand was heading west to California in the spring. So glad this milk stout on nitro has landed. Maybe the first wave of many Left Hand beers to come.

If it makes it this year, look for Oak Aged Widdershins. It's damn delicious.
