Looks like a new batch of Fyodor's Classic has dropped. I thought it was pretty amazing when I had it last year. Does it get pretty wide distro? If my target wants a bottle, like this post.

Note, my target still doesn't have me on their list. I would suggest re-checking them hints.

Just found these guys today while out and about. Pretty good!

 

I do feel bad though. I met up with my target @sandman3479 to deliver his boxes while he was in town visiting family only to find that he regularly visits Florida and probably has access to 2/3 rds of the beers I gave him!?! Guess that means I will need to work on another box!

 

Not awful.
It was actually like a liquefied light vanilla fudge; I was surprised how much barrel was still present 5 yrs later but the vanilla was definitely faint.

 

Hmm I'll have to open mine soon then

 

Interesting; I had a small pour of it about 6 months ago and found the vanilla to be pretty strong still; though I've never had it fresher so perhaps by comparison it is faint. I also hope you were being sarcastic with "not awful", I fucking loved it.

 

Definitely sarcastic...it was amazing but I guess I was expecting more vanilla than I got from it. That was my first time having it so I don't know what it was like fresh either. I personally wasn't big on Vanilla Rye because it was all barrel when I had it on tap but this was incredibly balanced

 

Hint: Shipping to a state where marijuana was legalized. Could be for medical, could be for recreation, or both.

Its pretty cheap so I wouldn't totally dismiss it but im not a fan. A little heavy on the spice and not really reminiscent of what I remember chai being like. Though I remember hearing your typical Starbucks chai isn't nearly as flavorful as the real thing

 

Not really. Just picked up some beers I had waiting for me that a friend picked up for me.
