Parabola - Release Sightings

no joke. I bought my case, told her i was gonna browse, snapped this photo to post here letting people know they still had 4 more, walked around, came back and they were all gone. he even bought the last straggler for good measure.

 

That happened to me with Sucaba. I corrected then for the good beer karma. Aka I noticed and didn't want to be a thief.

 

damn, I called them and she said they didn't have it. Must nit have known what I was talking about, or it was gone. Managed to get a case at Manhattan Beach though

 

Yeah I never trust when they say they dont have it. I called today to the bevmo right by my work and he said they weren't getting it today. hour later i go over there and a guy handed me 2. And he even told me he went and checked with the beer delivery guy so no, never trust what they say. Half the time they don't even know what it is

 

Just picked my case from BevMo (6 bottles per case). I ordered it online this morning. They obviously did not set a 2 bottle limit there. Last year I ordered 8 at once from bevo. Never been hit with a limit at Bevmo. Heck, last week, I bought 9 4packs of BCS. Didn't have a single issue. And all three purchases I just mentioned were at 3 different BevMos.

 

Every bevmo by me does limits. what area is this in?

 

Sacramento and a bit south of Sac. My actual BevMo here in town blows. They never get any good stuff...never. I always have to look at the inventories of the ones in my area. Sac usually gets all the good stuff. Bummed I missed out on the Coffee Stout though.

 

Tried the Cypress Bevmo about an hour ago and all gone... slightly pissed since I just want a damn bottle of it.

 

Yeah I just use bevmo for these FW releases because I purchase it online and pick up after work so they're not sold out by the time I get off. All other beer purchases are made at TW or my local bottle shop that gets way better stuff but is slightly higher. I try to get regular stuff at TW because they are usually cheaper. I was surprised at the cost of the parabola today though. Not cool TW

 

Ya I always scan the BevMo inventory and order online. Pissed that no Bevmo store put their GI Bourbon County Coffee Stout on the inventory list. When you type it into bevmo, for any of the stores, it doesn't show up. But the reg BCS did. So, I got a bunch of those, but missed out on Coffee Stout.

 

Let's be honest here you wouldn't have mentioned it. We spend too much money on beer it would be soooo easy to justify it. #noyouarentevil

 

They probably spelled it 'Country Stout' to throw you for a loop.

Goleta BevMo had about 5 cases left as of a few minutes ago.

 

Brea BevMo has 25 according to the website

 

Sacramento Midtown has 28 according its BevMo site
Antioch has 5 according to its BevMo site

 

I got the last one at the Bevmo in Huntington Beach.

 

I got my 2 bottles at the Cypress Bevmo, apparently they sold pretty quickly online.

 

Anyone in SD know if the Bevmos here actually put Parabola online?

 

Look online yourself. That is the best bet. It is pretty simple. And you will be able to be on top of it once some become available. The second they become available, you purchase them,and then set a time when you are going to come pick them up. That is my game lol. I just scan through my local bevmos for certain bears.

 

For you OC people, or LA/SD people who don't mind taking the drive, especially the SD people...there are 22 available at the Costa Mesa Bevmo per their site.
