Thanks for the great feedback everyone! We appreciate it and are very humbled. We have an upcoming sales meeting and will discuss pricing on the 500ml bottles.

I would buy any of your awesome sours if they hit SE Michigan.

Any previews you can give of what you guys are bringing to Upland's Sour Fest in May? Your booth is always one of my favorites!

FWIW, loved Adambier on draft when Paddy Long's had it on a couple months ago. Hope to see that in cans or bottles in time for summer!

Glad you enjoyed it! Adambier was a one-time release this year, but I know there are still bottles available here in Bloomington if you want to stock up!

Any ideas when we can start looking for the next addition to the wild sour series? The raspberry berliner sounds delicious, i wanted to try that at the great taste but never got around to it!

Gose is the year-round beer in the series. Flanders Red is a winter seasonal with one batch remaining to package. Counter Clockweisse is the spring seasonal and was just released. Lynnbrook Raspberry Berliner is the summer seasonal and will be released in June.

@DESTIHLbrewery I just sent a product request to my local Festival (Appleton, WI) to start carrying your stuff after getting the Gose on tap in Door County last weekend. Hopefully they come through, but I'm not getting my hopes up... Would love to have the Wild Sours available regularly around here.

I think it's pretty awesome that you are taking this feedback into account. Of course I'm just one consumer, but I feel like purchasing these delicious sours would be much more justified at $1/oz price point. That's how many great sours are sold out in colorado (crooked stave, avery, trinity)... $12 for a 375ml.

I am very pleased to see the brewery active on this thread. Thank you! At 3% ABV, I'm going to be drinking Counter Clockweisse all summer long. Has anyone had any of the St. Dekkera bottles yet? I have yet to open any of mine.

Check out Jen St. Market for their other sours in 500ml.

The 500 ml bottles are too expensive to be competitive in my opinion, even though they are great. Sours give me heartburn so I don't drink them often. I think Hoperation Overload is too malty. I don't drink a double IPA looking for balance. The artwork on their bottles and cans is great though. They really pop from the shelf which is exactly what you wanna do as a brewery in a flooded market. They killed it with their packaging. The Vertex IPA can is my favorite. Love craft beer cans.

Agreed about the artwork on the labels. It comes across as striking, classy, and artistic. I can spot the canned sours a mile away, which is especially nice at bars where its often difficult to see whats in the cooler.

I'd also like to echo my feelings on the price point for the St. Dekkera. I was able to try many recently, as a bottle shop sampled them all out instead of selling the 1 bottle of each they received; yes, awesome of them. I was able to pick 3 of the fruited sours, however, at a different store and was shocked when I got up to the counter. Again, in the end I do have and purchased the 3 but at $17+ I'm quite sure I won't able to pull the trigger down the road -which would be a shame, they're great beers (and understandably there is a bit of cost in making greatness). Also, as stated above, much respect for listening to the others here and actually taking this feedback and utilizing it the proper way

We have just recently added more oak barrels bringing our total up to about 500 barrels (including 40 new puncheons from Napa) plus three foudres, so with the resulting greater efficiencies and volume in the near future, we can hopefully lower our pricing later this year as well, and that even at our current prices from the brewery, it should never be on the shelf now for over $20 for 500ml bottles. Ideally, we will land at about $1/ounce once volumes start increasing in mid/late 2015.

Love the gose, have purchased it a couple times, but wish it was also a bit less expensive that $8.99 a 4 pack. Would drink this over Anderson Valley any day if that was the case. Tried the flander's as well, smells like canned tomatoes. Tough to get through that one.

Anyone know the distributor in Indiana?

Never mind like everyone else they forget about S. Indiana
