Firestone Walker Parabola 2015

Yup, BevMo seems to have removed it from their site. Glad I snagged some in time. I'm sure I'll see some again and be able to grab a few more though as it's still leaking out to the smaller local guys.

 

I may be interested in a trade for some '13, depending on what you're interested in. Hit me up if you want. I'm up here in NorCal.

What year(s) and how much do you have?

I know multiple places in the area that got all non-Chicago variants. Even my tiny local corner market with a "bottle shop" in the back corner got em all. Only 2 vanilla rye bottles but luckily I was able to snag one of em.

 

Picked up 2 at Boulder Wine and Spirits this morning. They also had a number of BA Bigfoots. They had 6 Parabolas left, 2 bottle max. Hazel's sold out yesterday.

 

Weird that they never took it down last year. I was able to check stock and order for in-store pickup when it came out last year. I guess they got wise to it, or it's even crazier this year than last. I did get 4 from said Bay Area Bevmo before they took it down after watching it dwindle from 28 in stock to 10 in less than 30 minutes.

 

It's been way crazier this year my local bevmo got the same amount last year and has 2 cases a month after release and I'm in so cal. Every bevmo sold out in a day. Luckily I'm my local bevmo' best customer and they reserved 4 for me.

 

I'm looking to trade for 2 bottles of '15 Parabola.

Since you Californians may be able to score decent amount of it, I can offer up a Founder's sampler including KBS, since Founders doesn't distribute out there. Plenty of other great options here in MI too.

 

Picked up some more at Trader Joes today, $13.99 each. They also had Fyodors Classic for $15.99.

 

Damn, I paid 18.99 for fyodors. Paid 11.97 each for one case of parabola, and 15.99 each for a second case

 

WTF. Didn't know TJ's carried Parabola. Could have went to my local one today. By now, if they did have some, they are probably gone.

 

Just went to my local TJ's it wasnt even on the managers order list. Probably only a few TJ's have it.

 

In Boise we usually get enough FE barrel stuff to last 2-3 weeks. Parabola sold out very where in less than 2 hours. Not sure why parabola allocation is so much less than all the others??

 

Landed in Ft. Collins CO. Picked up two at my local haunt. They only got a single case!

Heard local costco was getting forur cases. Apparently just missed it. Some SOB bought them all. So pissed!!!

Hey Everyone - I'm new to the site but I was hoping I could trade for some Parabola. I live out in NYC and seem to cant get my hands on any. A friend of mine pointed me to this site to try and trade/pay for some.

Pretty sure I ran into you there buying them. It was a nice surprise to see Parabola at TJs. Stopped by Albertsons on my way home and they had Sucaba ($15.99) and Parabola ($19.99) on the shelf. Glad I already got what I needed between Whole Foods and TJs.

It definitely hit NY so cross #1 off the list. You can check the Firestone finder on their website for places that got it but most are long gone. I called Malt and Mold when it popped up there on beermenus and the Kevin was extremely nice and held one for an hour for me. Cool little shop in Lower East, small but well curated. Worth checking out for NY'ers and they have some nice cheeses.
