KBS in NYC?

Found it at Clinton deli in NYC.. no limit and when I asked for 4 the guy pulled out four 4pcks.

They also still have BCBS (7.99 per).

 

Columbus Circle. Had as of yesterday afternoon. Ask at the cheese counter.

just called clinton, guy on the phone said he can only sell one bottle. maybe different in person.

yep, i'm debating stopping by clinton or draught 55 after work tonight.

just got back from whole foods cc, and missed their last kbs by about 10 mins.

there's a bunch more tappings over the next few weeks. tonight at one mile house looks off the hook, they've got cbs too.

 

seriously considering OMH today..the Bourbon County release there was pretty mellow back in november..is it too much to expect the same tonight?

 

thanksgiving eve at one mile house for BCBS release was great. definitely a mellow crowd. i'm thinking it's partially because of it being the night before thanksgiving and people being out of town. it could turn into a zoo down there tonight. the bk barcade cbs tapping a few months back was totally packed. so was beer authority's. the only CBS tappings i went to that were relaxed were at rattle n hum, on a saturday at noon, and that got crowded quickly, and john brown smokehouse in lic, which is a bit off the beaten path.

 

just got a couple of 4-pks at Key Food on Atlantic Ave. in BK. $23.99/4 pk. they still had at least 2 or 3 4-pks left.

 

Whole Foods Columbus Circle was still doing 1/pp, as of 8am this morning. $6/bottle by the cheese area (as previously stated.)

Bierkraft and Stinky Bklyn were doing 2 and 1/pp respectively, as of 2pm today. $8/bottle in both stores.

 

9th Ave Vintner is running an April's Fool especial. 1 bottle limit $20.
I brought my coworkers and got 8 in total!

 

$20 a bottle? That is insanity.

Went to Good Beer about 20 min after they opened. Got my two bottles, but not before being accused of having already been in the store to buy some. Then acted like I was trying to cheat him or something. I just looked at the guy like WTF, no, this is literally only the second time I've even step foot in your store in my life. I've heard negative things about dealing with this establishment, and needless to say, I will not be back.

 

Interesting - I've never had a bad experience with Good Beer.

 

I've never been blown away by that shop anyway Aventinus. Stopped in last weekend because I was in the neighborhood and spotted a Deep River dated 1/5/2015. Three months? C'mon.
