When does KBS hit South East VA?

up until about 2 years ago when a certain person took over the local TW beer program they never had limits on anything and never put anything behind the counter. everything went on shelves and if you wanted, could buy it all (and some did).

now, they often limit and hide stuff behind the counter that most other shops don't limit at all...

 

haha, I have noticed this and sometimes get a laugh about things they choose or do not choose to put behind the counter compared to G&G, etc. Even more amusing is last week one TW had Bitter Valentine behind the counter, and then also out on the shelves.

 

Im assuming KBS is done in the 757?

 

Where was that? Shields Market?

 

Shields had a 2 bottle limit

 

At last check TW VB was getting theirs today - 1 bottle per. Outside of that, as best I can tell, yeah it's done.

 

To your point, if you ever catch me complaining about our beer scene, feel free to call me on it. I figure some folks may complain a little, but I think we have it pretty good. Sure, I'd like to see a few more breweries distro'd here but that's probably true for anyone most anywhere.

 

Hasn't hit NOVA yet, my friends in NC saw it this past week, friends in PA saw it last week, I'm waiting on it hitting VA soon. Everyone I know that's had it, said it lives up to the hype. Wanna try this

 

Yeah I have family/friends in RVA so I'm up there quite a bit, I pseudo-envy your population to good beer store ratio with Once upon a vine(s), De Fles Winkel, C&K's others, etc. along with the obligatory TW's.
