O'so/Funk Factory 4/4 release

Hey everyone - I'm heading up to the brewery on the 4th and am curious if anyone else would be interested in setting up some in person trades? I didn't want to generate a new thread without ascertaining interest first. We could list FT/ISO here or in a new thread. I'd also be willing to curate a google doc or some other shared platform for listings.

 

Literally incorrect. Off flavors are specific, with cause and effect, usually avoidable, and have nothing to do with "opinion."

 

Anyone from the Madison area willing to proxy for me? My employment situation changed and I'm no longer able to make it next Saturday. I'm sure we can work out a way to make it worth your while.

Fair point, but if you followed the conversation, somebody commented that there were "off flavors" caused by an infection and that off flavors and an infection are the same thing. Both of which are Literally incorrect.

 

I cant remember, does O'so have tv's? Will they have the final four games on?

 

Off-flavors and infection aren't the same thing but off-flavors can be caused by infection. So only one instance is Literally incorrect.

 

Slightly more on topic - do people bottle share at O'so releases? Have some PNW beers I'd love to share - just relocted. And a shameless plug, if anyone has too many bottles of cassis PM me!

Any idea if the tap room will provide glassware for shares, or should we plan to bring our own?

 

I've used their little sampler glasses during past bottle shares. Last Friday I brought down a bottle of Lost Abbey Agave Maria, Founder's Doom, O'so original release Goldilock's Revenge, and 2013 Utopia to share.

 

Awesome, thank you. At the very least, I'm bringing some Toppling Goliath and 2015 KBS this weekend. I wish I could stick around for the whole night, but I can only stay for an hour or two.

 

Nice selection. I will be there myself and might be bringing some bottles myself. I don't know yet if I will be able to stay or not.
