I love the size and shape of this glass. I'd like to buy some without any logo from whatever glass manufacturer makes it, but I can't figure out who it is. I'm pretty sure it's not Libbey, as I've looked at everything they make.

Anyone have an idea? Thanks for any leads!

Thanks! I actually have some of the Libbey Munique glasses and really like them. The Ommegang one is different, one of the bars by me has them, and I like them more. I'm always in search of the perfect glass...

i think that's this glass or no? if it is, unfortunately i don't see anything on mine indicating who the original designer/maker is.

    Just a thought....

Why not just call / email Ommegang and ask them who their glass supplier is?

I know you're looking for ones without a logo, but if interested I'll send the pictured Ommegang glass your way...I've had one for a while and haven't used it for a long time. BM me if interested.

it's been a good while but to be honest i'm pretty sure i've seen the plain glass or very, very similar at either Pier 1 Imports or Cost Plus World Market. i want to say they were billed as "water glasses" wherever it was i saw them though.

also if not exactly the same there is (1) glass in the sets such as this one that is the same / almost the same.

I figured I'd ask here first, and email them as a last resort. I thought the "hey where is that glass from, I want one without your logo" email would sound kinda dickish.

Looks like a Belgian Ale glass.

I have not seen that particular Ommegang glass in person, but if it is the same glass as Allagash's, then the design is called Cervoise, it is made by Arcoroc (a French glass manufacturer, which has a subsidiary in Canada, cant remember the name).

i dunno. all the "Cervoise" titled glasses i've ever seen have a bit of a distinctive angled shape that separates them from the particular glass he's inquiring about. based on wording the title "Sensation" Stemmed instead of Cervoise stemmed lands the closest looking glass for me thus far.

    Sensation Stemmed Beer Glasses 11.3oz / 320ml

at the bottom of the page here's the same vendor's listed "Cervoise" glasses by size. if you look at those last 5 glasses, bottom of the page then click page 2 the rest of the Cervoise sizes are displayed. compare those to the "Sensation" glass (closer to the stem area) it looks like a better match in my humble opinion.

Looking at it again I think you are right that it is not Cervoise because it lacks the tulip sort of flare at the top (not outwards but more vertical). That Sensation looks too rounded though, as it was the sharp contrast in the slope around the middle of the glass that gives it a Cervoise-like shape.

I bought the Libbey craft beer set that @Highbrow cites - here's the product on Amazon...

And two of the glasses from the set are clear matches for Ommegang glasses I have...

So maybe Libbey makes that glass of yours as well - perhaps email Libbey, too?

Pretty sure that glass is the Libbey #3804 16oz Pilsner.
