Twin Cities Bottle Hunt

Almost forgot, anyone interested in almost 4 month old Bell's Mercury, Edina Liquors near Vernon had a few bottles left near the checkouts.

 

Anyone seen Brazzle, or have any idea when the TC will get it? Odell Beer Finder claims the only location within 100 miles that has it is Municipal Liquor in Big Lake.

 

Haven't seen it come in yet. My release check on it said it should be soon, I would expect this month.

KBS will be at whole foods north loop today. Limit 1 pp, not sure on price but they're usually very fair. Also, KBS is still on tap at Bulldog Northeast. In my opinion, it needs to rest for at least six months. It's not a very good beer right now.

 

Chicone's in Hudson has 4 cases of KBS left. Limit 1 pack per person.

Two weeks ago they had furious for $7.99, and DoomTree for $7.50. I think there was also hell and possibly Overrated (not sure on this one). They also had Smoke on the shelf in the back for $10.99 or $11.99.

I just picked up Furious and DoomTree, but wish I didn't get the latter - I strongly dislike it.

 

Anyone seen Bell's Jupiter around? Preferably in the SW metro but I could drive. I've had the previous beers in the series and figure I may as well have them all .

 

Last time I was at Liquor Barrel in GV (within the last week) they had it behind the counter.

 

two six packs at Wayzata Wine and Spirits as of yesterday. $11.99.

 

Hudson KBS update: as of about 30 minutes ago (~11:15 AM) there were just shy of 3 cases at Chicone's ($21.99 a 4-pack). Casanova has a 2 bottle limit. It's all stashed behind the counter so I have no idea how much they have, nor did I get the price.

 

might check Spirit Seller as well. wouldnt be surprised if they also got KBS.

 

France 44 still had this on the shelf 2 days ago.

 

Downtown whole foods released their KBS at noon. 1 bottle limit. Its behind the register, so ask the clerk. 4.99 before tax

 

Looks like this has been covered but I saw a bunch at Edina Liquors on York this week as well.

If you were planning on making your way there, KBS is sold out at Whole Foods downtown as of about 10 minutes ago.

 

For anyone in NE Mpls, Central Ave is releasing KBS - 1 per @ 4:00 pm today.

Also in NE Mpls, Top Value is releasing KBS on Sat 4/11 @ 2:00 pm - didn't specify limits, but I imagine it'll be 1 or 2
Edit: Just saw they said the limit will be 1 per, but they're pulling some other stuff out to make it worth the stop.
FYI...they tend to be on the $$$ side, from my experience.
