Four Firkins newsletter says they'll have Brazzle on 4/9 at 6:00 PM, so should be in the TC area sooner rather than later

Hmmm. Never tried this brew. Maybe worth a stop for a bottle.

This beer looks good but does anyone know, are we looking at yet another $17+ bomber?

To answer a few questions the Blood from the Barrel bottles are $15 a piece. It is not on tap as they bottled all of it. I had the chance to try it last Saturday at the Northern Lights beer fest and enjoyed it quite a bit. It cut the Belgian qualities of the regular De Bruyne a bit and gave it a nice little lift from the tannins from the wine barrel (Malbec I believe).

Did I get a bottle by accident? I stopped in Wednesday & picked up bottles of both De Bruyne & Blood in a Barrel. Since I asked for both maybe they were sitting around waiting for the release & nobody told anybody not to sell them? Regardless, always look forward to a new Steel Toe brew.

It's a fine beer but I don't think it is worth the price, but I am pretty much only interested in lambic at this point for my sour dollar.

Love the way you guys do this thread. I travel all over the country and drop by the various forums before my trips and have never seen anything quite like this. Getting all sorts of ideas for what to do for my two nights in town next week. Thanks!

Both bottles were definitely for sale on Wednesday as they were posted on the board and someone I was with went home with each.

Not sure if it's too late, but Marshall Liquor had KBS, 1 btl limit, $5.99 each this afternoon. Just need to ask at checkout.

If anyone is interested in Silva Stout. Total Wine Woodbury had it $19.99. I wonder what MGM would charge...
