    Just finished my second-to-last bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale with dinner (pasta!); both the food and the beer were good, of course. I think this is one of those beers that I'll end up buying over and over again in the future, either in variety packs or just by itself, without ever getting tired of it. One of the few beers I've tried so far that just works really well regardless of whether I'm in the mood for something with more hops to it or something that's more malty--both stand out just enough that it almost seems to shift a little toward one or the other depending on what I'd rather have in my beer at the moment.

    I'll probably be opening up the first bottle of one of the two new beers in my fridge later tonight, too.

    Beer hype is a fickle beast. DIPAs like Hopslam and Chillwave make you run to the stores to nab a killer brew before they sell out. Then you get a brew like this which didn't have as much anticipation surrounding it and it quietly blows the others away.

    I had a little bottle share with @HoppedChef84 kinda like during working hours.....shhhhh. Ah but we get the work done. Just a trade during the day. This to me was one of the dankest IPAS I've had. I really enjoyed it.
