Besides Mars nothing in this series has been worth the purchase. I hope Saturn changes this.

Mercury has been the only one of this series I have enjoyed, personally. Price point on it was offensive though. Had they offered it for anything less than $10 a sixer though, I would have happily grabbed a sixer or two of it.

Saturn is available in se Michigan. Range of 2.70 - 5.00 a bottle. Big time gouging if sold at bells for under two dollars a bottle (43.00 per case).

Picked up a Jupiter that my store randomly had. Didn't want a sixer, but I'll try one.

Just saw on one FB page for a store in my parents town that they wanted 4.99 a bottle for Saturn. Which is insane. Not a store I ever go to. In the past they have also posted KBS for 10 a bottle dogfish 120 for 20, etc. like I said I will never go there.

My favorite store did Saturn for 1.90 a bottle, limit two. I ended up getting a sixer from bells. Had someone pick me up one and I'll see them at a beer fest in a week.

If by hopped to shit, you mean the hops ruin the beer? No. It is an American Barleywine. If you only like malty English barleywines and don't enjoy hops in them, then this won't be your cup of beer, at least for a year or two.

I don't like overly hopped beers, and I really enjoyed this. I definitely wouldn't consider this hopped to shit at all.

To me it was more between the 2 styles. Not as Malty/sweet as an English and not as Hoppy as an American. Sorry that's probably not much help, but probably my favorite of the series so far.

Just picked up my sixer of Saturn, eagerly looking forward to tasting on the weekend.

And once again, big shout out and kudos to the Bells folks for releasing this (and all their beers) in a standard six pack format*. A certain brewery from G.R. could learn a thing or two from them. Just my opinion

Saturn was 12.99 for me in A2

And yes I know the cans are four packs, I meant bottles.

Sorry, I wouldn't have said anything, except you called attention to your poor word choice by conveniently typing it in CAPS. If there "WERE" an Earth..."

All that being said, let's get some Saturn up in here, folks.

Can't seem to find Saturn on Bell's brand finder, has anyone had this issue? I'm trying to find it in NY

I've found the Planets series to be a bit unreliable with the Brand Finder. Considering Bell's doesn't exactly know when the distributors will get it to stores, etc., I've found the best approach is to ask my local stores about it.
