    I've heard rumors that there is a good possibility it could be a seasonal (at least this year) and be released late June/early July.

    Take it for what it is worth, but the bartender (manager?) that is in the band with Todd said they will can it. They just needed the new brewery up and running before they had the capacity to do it.

    Guessing replentishing Chicago, and getting into Iowa and soon Wisconsin also was top priority before canning Todd.

    That's huge, it really is my favorite local beer right now. The depth of flavors is very Sue like.

    I had it for the first time last Friday and was totally blown away by Todd the Axeman. Would rank at or near the top of all the IPA's I've ever had (which is a pretty hefty number). Stumbled on it at a dive bar in northern MN of all places. An incredible beer.

    Where in northern MN, if you don't mind my asking? I live up north and haven't caught so much as a whiff of Axe Man (although I'm dying to try it).

    I'm very excited Abrasive is back so soon! I talked with a beer guy at a big retailer and he told me the Surly rep told him that Surly hoped to have a yearly rotation of Abrasive, Blakkr, Todd, and Wet for one of their cooler spots. Those will keep me happy nearly all year!

    I think there already is a year supply of Blakkr, I still see it around at shops, lol.

    I don't despise Blakkr, but I'm a lot happier when the other 3 are on the shelf.

    I agree about Blakkr. That's why I said that lineup would keep me happy "nearly" all year. :wink:

    I would drink more Blakkr if it was cheaper. I have only been doing a 4 pack each release, some to drink, some to send out.

    Yeah, it came out in January.... was kind of really the 2014 batch, just a bit late.
