    I just got worked over by my neighbor who is a physical therapist. I needed that. I was starting to have doubts that I would be able to make it through the race next Monday. There's nothing like a PT inflicting serious pain on you to convince you otherwise.

    As my reward, I'm drinking a bottle from @FATC1TY - this is some good shit (I might have also had a few before I went over there...) #VBS. Straight to Ale is flying so far below the radar, possibly due to their out-of-the-way location. This might be better than the BA version; barrel aging tends to hide stuff, you know? It's walking a nice line between the old school Ola Dubhs and the kick-you-in-the-nuts Bruery old ales. Good stuff.
