    My batch is done but I did my math WAY wrong somewhere, or had a lot more boil-off than I anticipated. Calculated OG = 1.056, actual OG = 1.080.... added a quart of spring water to bring it down to 1.068. Oh and I used a calculator for IBUs and am somewhere around 200. This beer just might suck.

    That beer is Fantasy Factory by Karben 4 out of Madison. Awesome beer. Citra IPA in the vein of PseudoSue and Zombie Dust. They just started bottling but are only around Madison now, maybe to Milwaukee later this year in bottles. They do have it on tap all over town for growler fills but it doesn't have the awesome label on it...

    That Kona Speedway might be the best Speedway version I've had. Check that it is the best version I've had. Liked it much better than the Brunch Geek Speedway.

    So my parents made it home from South Carolina safely, they have some health issues that need to be dealt with, but I'm very happy they are back in PA around family that can help them.
