Agreed. Get on this one. Easily one of OH's best beers.

New beers as of last night: Town & Country Amber farmhouse (oxbow collab), G is for Green DIPA (Citra, Simcoe + something else) and Jimmy (Brett C pale).

Yimmy fucking rocks. Not the best picture but this stuff is straight juice. Hallertau Blanc nose is just so deliciously grapey and tangy. Woot! More Brett C beers brahs.

A bit strange that they're doing another run of GD before putting out AGE or Hop Showers cans. I'm not complaining though, I hope everyone who missed out on GD the previous couple times gets their hands on some. I'm gonna pass this time, I've had my fair share from the past releases.

Definitely agree. I get that they are still figuring out the mobile canning situation--I just wish I never saw the picture they released of the AGE and Hop Showers cans.

Yep same here. It has me checking this thread and their twitter religiously for updates. I never make case purchases but I want at least a half case when those All Green cans finally drop. And this is unrelated and random but I really hope they drop "Cool Summer, Bro" again this year but in cans or bottles. That's still arguably my favorite OH beer.

I too like Cool Summer Bro the best out of anything else I've had from OH. I'd like to see more non ipa, non BA types from them.

Overheard at the brewery on Saturday--- "Green Diamonds cans up again because AGE/Hop Showers cans are still in printing." I agree that they should have waited to release those photos, but oh well. Not going to complain about more Green Diamonds.

To add to the rumor cloud - heard that AGE is canning tomorrow. Likely weekend after next release.

Never tried anything from Other Half before, but I've been hearing about them and am interested in giving it a shot.

I figured maybe Saturday would be a good idea now that theyre going to be releasing cans that day.

Question for anybody thats been there for a release before, how long do the cans usually last? Coming in from Jersey and not sure what time exactly I'd get there. Just curious if there are long lines before the place opens or if its all gone pretty much instantly?

    Appreciate any feedback.

Last release sold out that day. I think you could get there during the day and still get some- as long as its not too late. I dont think there is a need to get there before opening and wait. At least- I hope not.

Browsing through the thread, off memory (without actually being able to go-family and kids and shit), they usually barely make it through Saturday when they are released on Friday. Someone who actually goes to OH on the regular could probably give you a more accurate answer, but that's my recollection of how long they last. I still haven't had it canned yet, though :slight_frown:

First release of SuperFun lasted a few days. Initial Green Diamonds release I believe lasted until Saturday, possibly Sunday after a Friday release. 2nd run didn't make it through the first day (Saturday).

I'd think if you showed up during the earlier part of the afternoon, you'll be fine. No need to get there before opening.

To rephrase, I personally will go AT opening, but I sure as hell aren't going to wait for them TO open. I'll probably snag some brunch in the area beforehand.

that's weird - in the past they've released the beers within a day or two of canning, I'd be surprised they'd keep AGE around for a week and a half before letting it out. especially since they shared that pic of the room they store cans in looking pretty full of GD.

as long as it's not before Friday when I'm back in town!
