Are we going to see distro in the city this year?

I saw that they're doing a limited run in NY, PA, OH, MD, NJ and MI, but haven't seen anything yet in Beerfinder/Beermenus for Manhattan.

    TIA

Appears to have landed at Good Beer. Hopefully this means the rest of the city will be seeing it very soon.

Saw it on Long Island yesterday. $17.99/bottle. I've heard the rum notes are pretty subdued. I'll pass.

Much rather spend $15.99 on a bottle of Rumpkin, which I still don't think I'll be doing.

I snagged one at Carmine Street Beers for those in the Village who might be looking for some. Looked like there were two or three left at the bottom of the cooler.

I hadn't heard of this. Sounds good, but it's very surprising. I think this might be the first BA beer that I've heard of from Southern Tier.

Just picked up one at Babylon Beverage on LI. Clocks in at 10.7%. I didn't bother with regular Pumking this year, but I saw this and figured fuck it. Why not? I'll split it with the wife (she loves pumpkin beers) and I'm curious to see how this'll taste.

Figured I'd throw in one last update to this thread since it seems to be showing up everywhere in NYC. Saw about 3 cases at WF Bowery. $16.99/bottle

i apologize for the EPIC bump here, but I was visiting NYC this weekend and the WF in columbus circle has bottles of this. I grabbed two. $16.99/each.

I agree. I found this beer to be rather lackluster and definitely not worth the price. I still see it sitting all over LI. If they dropped the price to say, $7.99-9.99 a bottle, it might sell a little faster. At this rate it will sit until July when the inevitably extra-early release of Pumpkin occurs.

I grabbed a bottle when it was in NJ. I think I spent $14.99 on it. It was OK but not worth it at that price point, IMO. And in echoing @BoardwalkBock's mention I've seen bottles still around in NJ here and there.

Maybe as it's aged it's gotten better? Dunno. The price throws me off though - pretty steep considering you can get the regular or the Warlock for less than $10 (by me, anyway).

Still in CNJ here and there. Best price I've bought it at was 14.99. I happen to like it and think it's pretty good but generally agree that @ 14.99, it's a little steep. Should be closer to 10ish.

Oh yeah? BA Narwhal no bueno? I have a bottle I've been sitting on, was thinking of popping it this weekend. Hopefully it wasn't $20 poorly spent.
