First DLD here as well. Is the SOP to go in and get your DL and then drink that and what you've brought outside the gates?

My buddy and I are planning to bring a small sample of NE's finest and curious as the best way to enjoy/share.

    Potential list:

    Heady
    Lawsons SoS
    Carton 077xx
    Treehouse (not sure what yet)
    Trillium (not sure what yet)
    Nebco whatever else will fit.

I saw that, too. I figured it was for one of their Warpigs pubs.

You can do either. Most people will be inside the gates, while some tailgate outside. There are bottle shares both in and out.

You just gotta keep checking from time to time. There are more than likely people the didn't get tickets that haven't released their room yet. I was able to snag a room last night. When I searched then there were a few avaliable, but within a half hour they were gone.

Your allotment will come warm, and Dark Lord will be available on tap. I'd hold onto those bottles unless you drop one and it breaks.

I think Mikkel got to try a bottle early, I saw no other evidence of him serving it to people at war pigs. Same with the Aquavit bottle he posted last week.

Still haven't gotten tickets in the mail yet, but as everyone else is posting what they're bringing, I guess I will too:

Minneapolis Town Hall Masala Mama growler
Dangerous Man Chocolate Milk Stout growler
Funk Factory Geuzeria Fox and the Grapes
    New Glarus Serendipity
    New Glarus Scream/Berliner Weisse/Enigma
    TG hops
    Ale Apothecary Sahalie
    OEC stuff
    HF saisons
    JK saisons

    And potentially some fun surprises.

Some I'll break out at DLD proper, some at a bottle share in Hammond after DLD (if one materializes).

Arriving around 10AM, though I'm Group D. Looking forward to seeing all of you and sharing some great brews!

So just got this texted from my wife, mailman came to the door, said we owed 50 cents postage for something being delivered. If she didnt want to pay, they would return to sender. Good thing she was home. Even better that I didn't piss her off this morning.

    Seriously, what's with this?

I mean, it's just 50¢, but you already paid S&H when you bought the ticket. Why is Etix cheaping out on the postage?

Yeah, I can't say I have a lot of experience when it comes to USPS, but it seems pretty ridiculous that ETIX is shorting us on postage. That's pretty unprofessional.

No offense, but that is damn hilarious. At least for your sake they bothered to send it all the way to your door before returning to sender.
