Until today I wasn't entirely sure who my sender was. I had it narrowed down to two people but neither one was posting a whole lot of clues. I finally figured it out when my porch took a beating courtesy of @Lasering.

Nantahala Trail Magic - Never heard of this brewery before. BBA Stout and hand numbered bottle. Nice!
Evil Twin Even More Jesus - Love Evil Twin stouts.

I might need a FIB to go check on @bozodogbreath to be sure he hasn't fallen off a ladder while setting up a proper wide-angle view for the pr0nz he promised us

A 2nd box was waiting for me inside my front door when I got home last night (Tuesday). It was covered in drywall dust as our complete downstairs is being re-drywalled and sprayed. Hoping the contractors have cleaned the place up enough today so I can open these and take pictures. If not tonight, sometime this week. I quick peek in the 1st PORCH DESTROYER from Saturday showed some bottle caps that looked like Pipeworks, Central Waters, and a bunch of others buried down deep.

Due to an impromptu business trip, I was unable to ship out this week. I could ship tomorrow, but don't want to risk the haul sitting in the truck/warehouse. I will be shipping out Monday the 20th which will arrive by the 29th.

So I see my first box was delivered to my target today.

Since thats' the case here' my hints and their explanations:

Hint I'm not shipping to Wyoming

    Hint 1:
    Me neither. Nor North Dakota

    Self explanatory
    Hint 2:
The ratio of the number Republican governors to Democratic governors of my target's state is very close to, but slightly greater than, one. (note here: I'm counting number distinct humans who have held the seat of Governor, not number of terms)

There are surprisingly few states that fall into this category. A search of the Wikipedia page for your state and a counting by hand would tell you whether or not this was true. It is true for Michigan
    Hint 3:
The number of letters N in the name of my target's state satisfies the following inequalities:
    15N +20 > 65 + 6N
    and
    -3N - 13 < 31 -7N

    The solutions are N > 5
    And N < 11
This hint narrows it down to 33 possible states
    Hint 4:
My target's state is not in the top 20 states ranked by land area, but it does rank much higher in the list of states by water area (by every standard measure of this I've seen).

So it's not very big but has lots of water
    This page is helpful here
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_and_territories_by_area
    Hint 5:
Even not counting lakes and rivers, most mathematicians would say the shape of my target's state is topologically not simply connected.

So “Simply Connected” basically means "all in one piece with no holes". Now lakes and rivers might divide a state's land area so I deliberately excluded them. That leaves any states that have large islands or that have parts that are separated by other states or which have enclaves or exclaves.
This includes Mississippi, Hawaii, Michigan, and (believe it or not) Kentucky and Minnesota, and Iowa, and Vermont and all the states that border the ocean
    See:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enclave_and_exclave
To understand why Kentucky qualifies see:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kentucky_Bend
to see why Minnesota, Vermont and Iowa qualifies:
    http://googlesightseeing.com/2009/10/interesting-exclaves-of-the-united-states/
But I was going for the most obvious one: Michigan. Michigan is not simply connected because the Upper Peninsula isn’t ‘attached” to the rest of the state state.
    Hint 6:
My target's state has has been in the bottom half of median household income for many years.

Well that just means it is one of 50.(or 49) and you can look it up:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_by_income
Tahts kinda of a filler hint just to keep me active and give any guessers something to use.
    Hint 7:
Insipring ladies in the Capitol of my target's state.

The Capitol building in Lansing Michigan s dadorned with the so called Muses .
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michigan_State_Capitol#/media/File:Michigan_State_Capitol_Muses.jpg
I have no idea how many peopel have ever seen their state Capitol building. But i thought the Michigan one was pretty cool.
    Hint 8:
    My target knows the answer

The answer is 42. Because that's the "Answer to The Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything".
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/42_(number)
    Hint 9:
Minerals might be obtained after excision of the letter that meant 100 to the Romans,
and then division by the number of sides of a cube, and the only Mersenne safe prime number.

    Minerals are obtained from ORE
The letter C means 100 as a Roman numeral
Excise the letter C from CORE and you get ORE
    A cube has Six sides
Mersenne primes are numbers that can be written in the form 2^n-1. They are 1 less than some power of 2.
Safe primes are numbers that can be written as 2N + 1, where N is also a prime
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safe_prime
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mersenne_prime
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7_%28number%29
7 is the only number that is a Mersenne prime and is also a safe prime
So the thing we are looking for is:
what we would have had if we had ORE and didn’t remove a C and multiplied by 6 and then multiplied by 7 (if you “undivided” you multiplied)
    6 x 7 = 42
C not removed from ORE is LIKE CORE
    So that’s C ORE 42
    Or:
    @core42
