    Can't stand the "non-gluten" thing. I actually bake homemade bread from time to time. Need gluten to form elastic dough! :wink:

    P.S. I don't think all sweets are crap. I have a big sweet tooth, but I know the desserts I make at home are always gonna be worlds better than stuff from the store.

    Its all a matter of opinion and perspective. I absolutely do not enjoy most macro products but that doesn't mean i am against the purchase of anything mainstream.

    I think my point is that someone does think Tropicana is crap. They probably only drink fresh squeezed organic grapefruit juice. They can't understand how anyone could like macro grapefruit juice. But you just shrug them off because you are in the majority.

    We are in the minority, when it comes to beer, the BMC drinkers shrug us off. I was just trying to give a little perspective that we believe deeply in certain beers that mean nothing to 90% of the drinking world. Just like fresh squeezed boy's juice means nothing to us.

    I've actually found that the anti-macro angle is a good entry point to craft beer for a lot of people. By that, I mean that most people, when the option is available or economically possible, choose a more artisanal product. Whether it's a table, or tools, or soda, or whatever. Given that, once they comport that understanding to beer, they are more likely to open their horizons.

    When did all this $hit get so "serious"? Just enjoy what you've got cause it doesn't last long. I've been to three funerals for very close family members in the past two years and I can tell you this...it matters not. No one will care . All that will matter is what kind of brother/sister/mother/father you were. No one will care that you drank this or drank that. Anecdotally perhaps but in the end all you can do is enjoy your family and loved ones. Drink Folger's, drink free range coffee grown on the back of a clubbed baby seal, drink PBR from a 16oz can or drink Cantillion on brett with unicorn tears. Who gives a poop. Just drink it with someone who matters to you and someone who gets it.
