I really like this one a lot and since it's reasonably priced to sell I am able to buy a few with the option to cellar 1-2 which I plan to do. I love the chocolate notes and robustness of this brew but I'm hoping it will get a lot more fudgier with age...or mayb I'm wrong. Anyone have any experience with a few years on this?

Guess I'll be the first one to give this a try...

I have a couple aging at two years now. Should drink them soon figuring the chocolate will be fading.

I'd be very interested to hear the results...I would doubt the chocolate would fade in this one though. My guess is this should hold up very well...but we'll have to see

Did a yeti series '12 tasting last year of my own and I can that chocolate and espresso were by far the best still had their flavors but mellowed out on heat.....Belgian was my least favorite

You might just wait a bit before deciding no one has ever done this, four hours between posts isn't a lot of time on a Saturday for people who don't live on the internet to jump on and answer you.

You might also browse the site itself as plenty of people have experience with aging all versions of the Yeti and there's plenty of reviews on the site with their feedback on it, they just might not be sitting on this forum awaiting someone to ask them.

I picked up Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti off the shelf about a month ago and it was bottled in 2012 tasted great to me and still had the chocolate taste.
