Back on the backpack topic, what do you guys think about bringing something like a 50 liter hiking backpack. Technically I can fit the base of it in a milk crate, but I just don't want to get turned away at the gate because of it.

Just drove past the brewery a few minutes ago. TONS of stanchions and line guards everywhere. Much bigger setup than last year as well. Lots of tents.

Very late to the thread and checking in. Will be headed down on Saturday morning and hoping to get there no later than 1:00 PM. Got in Group D so I hope the later arrival will allow me to survive the day. Bringing some goodies to trade/share as well with others.

Awesome! I'll be there with four other bozos, have a pretty thick beard, terrible posture, and a green backpack stuffed with beers. Happy to share some with y'all, as well! There'll be a group of five of us, so we'll have plenty to pass around to get the day going.

Looks like steel barricades for one of the food tents there. Good, maybe that means less people cutting in line or walking up and stealing the food being made for people who actually paid.

 

Dammit I wish I was there today to grab one, and well I wish I was there for this weekend.
