Who will be pissed when Vav doesn't give them twice as much as people who line up at 7 am Black Friday!

Yeah, I believe it was confirmed that they're doing it. I thought I remembered reading that this isn't being done with Pappy barrels, but is...being aged in barrels that are either in the high 20s or 30s (years)?

I heard that is was 32 year barrels but the name escapes me right now. Elmer T Lee maybe.

32...yeah, that sounds right. I was gonna say Elijah Craig, but I don't remember at all.

Heaven Hill was my second guess. I'm curious how hot (alcohol heat) this one'll be.

Perfect, I have to be in Wisconsin this weekend, so that gives me enough time (hopefully) to start camping LP Binny's next week.

So that means they are aging it for 3 years this time?

Good info. Thanks. Im going to set up my tent now. For the love of god I wish they would do a ticketed release at the barrel warehouse like everyother major beer release. Raffel the tickets, win and you can buy all 3 four packs plus 1 each of any bombers.

Yeah the black friday release is a monster and pretty horrible. I really hope they change it to a ticketed release but don't expect it to happen. This past release is the first time since I really got into craft beer that I didn't search it out (albeit only since around 2010). I purchased a 4 pack of regular in total and content with the times I've gotten the variants on tap.
