I have yet to try some of their sour stuff. Had some of their other offerings on tap and thought they were good. Is it worth trying?

I haven't tried anything from them yet but was very temped with the last sale, I just didn't want to drive to L.A. I do like cherries though and when I hear Montmorency I think of being at the JK MvB release when I lived in Texas. So, I'll snag some just in case it's anywhere near as good.

Found six check-ins on Untappd just FYI. One 5, two 4.5s, and three 3.5s.

    Yes, I really liked Ruination.

2.0 is just bitter and boring.

"It's then aged with over 2 lbs per barrel of Montmorency cherries."

In your opinion, what else have they "screwed the pooch" on lately?

They been releasing so many different variations of beer that their IPA and Ruination sales has dropped dramatically. They r just flirting with their beer. I actually respect breweries that actually can mess with their mainline beer and still stay in the game.

I enjoyed lazy susan when it came out, really wish I bought more than one bottle. I just maxed out on cherry ****z, excited to have a solid brewery doing wild ales thats local.

Yep, I've maxed out on everything but Vacation with Brett so far with no regrets. Not sure I can do 8 bottles of Cherry ****z, though, but thinking about it!

Vacation w/ Brett was bottle limit 1. They still have some for in-house consumption.

awww yeah. I've maxed out on every HPB release to date and have yet to feel any ounce bad for it. They are knocking it out of the park and the release events are just chill.

Wake Up on Fire is still on tap at Hermosillo. Man, Wake Up is really good this batch but the ...on Fire is so damned refreshing in this heat.
