There are no strict growler laws here that I am aware of. I can't think of one brewery I visited in PA that wouldn't fill any growler I brought.

Hey - sent you a message. Likely have one extra split 4 pack. Check your conversations, but would be open to trade on Monday.

As far as I've experienced, Bierkraft is picky about the growler but only for the same reasons that @Kanger mentioned regarding Other Half.

    What a shitstorm.

Side note - It's Shabbat, so there is no way I can go, but if any of you Brooklyn gangstas might be able to snag me an extra 4-pack of each, I'd be happy to make it worth your while. PM me if you think you might be able to.

Definitely an interesting test case to see just how crazy people will go to pay $20 for a 4 pack of an IPA that not only is regularly available on tap, but will almost certainly be canned again (maybe even in the very near future if the Green Diamonds is any indication).

I'm hoping if I just take a vacation day Friday to get the queue started I should be safe. Or should I take Thursday also? Decisions, decisions.

Has Mosaic ever been brewed before?

I have no recollection of it and there's also no listing on here, so I'm guessing no.

To be fair, at $20/4pk it is literally half the price per oz as a growler fill.

Despite all the sarcasm already, I just want to say the following...

DO NOT GET THERE AT 9 AM TO STAND IN A POINTLESS LINE.

    A) You don't need to.
    B) It furthers the myth that these releases are akin to Dark Lord Day or Hunahpu Day, which they aren't.

Sleep in, enjoy brunch with your loved one (or by your lonely self), show up at a reasonable 11:30, 12:00, or even 1:00 PM, and walk straight up to the now two-person-long line and buy your cans.

Couldn't agree with you more. Seems like Other Half has really increased there canning production and are releasing beers almost every weekend. These beer get canned regurally and are not annual releases.
