Another month, another thread. It's worked well in the past so here we go again. Let's try and make this one stop shopping for all things Trillium. Please use this thread to post the bottles available along with costs, sizes, limits, and so forth.

The wife will be stopping in to pick up some bottles for me Thursday while she's in town for business. Anyone know if DDH Melcher will last til Thursday? Been wanting to try that one, among others. Thanks!

I think you'll have a shot. It's been available for about a week, with limited hours Monday thru Wednesday.

There's about 1/3 of the batch left...so could last (depending what time she drops in). We just (temporarily) raised limits per beer per person from 6 to 12 as our cold room is currently packed to the gills after today's Fort Point Pale Ale and Saturdays Melcher Street IPA packaging runs.

    Current list:

Looks like Pier is available today. I'm curious to try it.

I love Trillium beer. Especially the Fort Point Pale Ale which I would consider world class. $15/growler refill is a bit steep, but it's a singular brew. Finally I was psyched to see the IPA offered in growlers, but when I got to the brewery, it was $23/growler refill. I couldn't pull the trigger on that. Why so much?

With the usual caveat about projecting bottling schedules, when might we see DDHFPP

Double Dry Hopped Melcher is $23 for the 64oz, Melcher St IPA is $18

Arriving at the brewery tomorrow(Friday) on the way up to Allagash from DC. Looking to any locals or others that know these brews well to just tell me what to get. I do expect to receive a couple of "everything" responses, but I'm just wondering what is an absolute must at the moment.

As far as what they have in bottles right now, I'd say that you don't want to miss the following:

    Congress Street
    Fort Point Pale Ale
    DDH Melcher Street
    Vicinity

That is assuming you like IPAs. I have had every beer that they have in bottles at the moment and those are my favorites. All of the beers are good though.

If you had to pick one….get Vicinity in the bottle format…purely exceptional!! World class DIPA! Honestly, all the IPA's they have right now including Fort Point (APA) are world class, you can't lose.

Fort Point and Vicinity are the two best IPA's they've made imo.

Their IPAs and pale ales are off the chart...get DDH Melcher St, Congress St, Vicinity, etc. You truly can't go wrong with any of these.

Can't go wrong with any of those choices, and regular Melcher St. is also on for growlers and bottles and is my favorite of the single IPA's they make (Mosaic is prominent). If you can do it, I say get one of everything (including Pier, Trillium and PM Dawn), and I would get a growler of Melcher St., too. But if you are short on space (or don't want to drop $100+, understandably), Vicinity, DDH Melcher, Congress, and Fort Point would be a nice sampler. Fort Point is as good as it gets in the Pale Ale department, and also the cheapest of their offerings.

Any info on how long their IPA bottles stay "fresh"? How long have some of you gone before drinking them? Are they CO2 purged just like growlers? Not that I condone waiting too long to drink amazing IPAs like Trillium...just curious how they hold up. Thanks.
